I visited a Orthopedic Dr for a big toe problem, thought I'd have to have surgery. After discussing other foot/feet pains, ankle and knee changes, he explained the feet structure, purpose, etc and symptoms of changes in older adults, i was 65. The toe problem was directly related to my foot bones changes.
He suggested to try Orthopedic inserts and choose Bilt Lab. The process was simple. Once I received the impression boxes, the Dr. Guided me with making the impressions. I sent them back.
Bilt Lab kept me updated to the process to the point my insoles were received.
They fit into my favorite sneakers with little challenge. It didnt take long for my feet, body to adjust!
No more big toe problems and the rest of my body has adjusted well also!

The whole process from start to finish was top notch. The fitting kit came with clear instructions and the process worked just as advertised. The orthotics came in the promised timeframe and were of really good quality. I did use one of the free adjustments and customer service was very friendly and responsive (shout out to Laura). If you are looking for orthotics I would recommend giving Bilt a try.

I have been dealing with foot issues due to nearly flat feet and substantial pronation since I was a teenager. Now that I’m in my 60’s my foot issues are impacting my knees. I wanted custom orthotics to properly correct my gait. The process was efficient and fast and I am pleased with my orthotics to the point that I am ordering 2 more pairs so I don’t have to keep moving them from one pair of shoes to another.

I would give 10 stars if I could. From the moment I placed my order, I was informed of every step in the process. I received the package to mold my feet about a week after the order. From the beginning, I knew making of custom orthotics could take a while, but i was sent an email as my orthotics went through each step, from receiving my molds, podiatrist review, manufacturing, final review, and shipping. I received ilmy inserts last night and put them in my favorite shoes. Within the first 10 minutes I could feel the relief from the pain in my feet for the last 6-months. I wore the inserts on a short walk this morning, and I am beyond impressed with the results. I plan on ordering some for my parents in the very near future.

I have been so impressed with these over the last year that I ordered 2 more pairs, different styles for the 3 I have, and they’re fantastic. I wasn’t sure how they would hold up after walking on them at work for 49 hours a week and about 11,000 steps per day but the first pair pretty much looks like they did when I put them in for the first time. I had switched positions at work and now wear work boots and wasn’t sure how they’d be in those but it was a seamless transfer. They’re still fantastic! Not sure if they’re designed for this but I’ve put them in the washer 2 times since I’ve had them and still look and feel brand new. Well the look is a little less than brand new but you get my drift. I’ll be coming back every year. I’m planning on ordering a pair each year. I’ll keep the first pair and after my 5th order I’ll compare the brand new to the originals.

These are the best and most affordable orthodocs to date!! I was in excruciating pain when I found Bilt Labs!! I’ve purchased orthodocs from three different foot specialists and they’re all the same!! You pay more than $500.00 and they feel like inserts from Walmart. When you purchase your inserts from Bilt Labs, you will feel the difference immediately. They ease your knee and foot pain so well you don’t want to take them off, even though you have the standard break-in period!!! I was considering knee replacement surgery. But once I got these inserts I could walk through every isle at the grocery stores!!!! I just ordered a second pair. My first purchase was made in March and I’m still enjoying them. I just want to have an extra pair when these wear out. Do yourself a favor, order from these guys today!!!
