I’m a mailman with extremely flat feet. After going through 3 pairs of custom orthotics from doctor’s offices - to the tune of $500 EACH - none of which ever truly felt comfortable, I needed to find a better solution.

My wife had tried Bilt Labs and was over the dang moon about her orthotics. I tried their 2-pair deal and got the exact same custom food casting mold I’d used in the doctor’s office. That’s when I realized, the doctor’s, tho good at their jobs, were just middlemen when it came to the orthotics.

I cut out the middlemen and got a quicker turnaround time and orthotics that actually feel good on my feet! The attached photo is just a little longer than 6 months into wearing them and taken after 10 hours of trudging through snow & ice delivering mail and heavy packages. They still look in great shape (the front big toe area of the right insole is starting to peel just a tiny bit but I’m honestly surprised this hasn’t happened sooner, with how much abuse these things go through).

My wife gifted me the foot mold impression when my feet started hurting. I do have high arches, therefore I had to purchase work shoes/boots that accommodate my custom orthotics. It has been a great relief and pleasure to my high arches during my 10-14 hour work shifts!

I had a local orthotist help take my molds for my insoles. I can’t recommend having someone who knows what subtalar neutral looks like take your molds. That basically means you took the mold of your foot when it was neither pronated (rolled inward) nor supinated (rolled outward). It was crazy seeing the difference between my new and old insoles. The difference in support and overall quality was great for the price. My old ones cost me about $500 for one pair.

I ordered these online after purchasing a locally made orthotic that fell apart after 4 months and was very hard to fit in my sneakers. These orthotics are so much more streamlined. Although I generally wear very cushion solid sneakers, they were causing too m7ch dorsiflexion in my toes. These custom inserts help greatly with fatigue, heel spurs, plantar fasciitis and metatarsal issues. So glad I bit the bullet and ordered these.

I have had arch problems since I was in my 20’s now I’m in my 60’s. I have had $700 insoles from a foot doctor and several pairs that I got from my chichiropractor these are the best most comfortable I have ever had made for me. They are so comfortable and no foot pain after a long day walking and being on my feet. They are very affordable and shipped right to my house. I love them and ordered 2 more pair for my other shoes.

I really appreciate the precision and the excellent customer service of Bilt labs orthotics. I was very hopeful it would solve my foot pain. However, mine turns out to be more structural and bone spurs and so they did not help. I do feel like if I didn't have the bone spurs, they would be excellent. Laura was the customer service representative that made it easy to get a refund.

I bought custom insoles from a local store that uses laser measurements. And they are no comparison to Bilt labs insoles!

After trying numerous over the counter varieties and then going to a podiatrist for custom made (cost >$450 and had to go back twice; they still didn’t work), I tried Bilt Labs. The staff is exceptional and caring!!!

When they arrived and first used them my feet felt fantastic instantly. I went from having severe pain just walking short distances to immediately being able to run around in them!! Prior to receiving these I had given up being able to play tennis for nearly 18 months because I could only play a few games before I had to quit playing.

These inserts were live changing for me. I could now play competitively for an hour. However, after an hour of playing I started to notice some minor discomfort in my right foot. At first I ignored it. Then I decided to call BILT LABS.

The associate I spoke with asked me several questions about where the pain was on my foot and told me they would make a minor adjustment to my insole. They sent me a new right insole. It worked perfectly and I was able to play for hours without any discomfort. When I called Bilt back and told them, they sent me replacements for the right insert for the other pairs I had purchased.

Sine then I have purchased other pairs so I don’t have to keep moving them from shoe to shoe.

Thus far I have been using them for about two years. They are still working great.

My orthotics are functional, durable, and close to perfect for me! The staff assisting me was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and simply the best.

I am SO impressed with Bilt labs. I have a rare decease called Charcot foot where, Bones break down in the feet and can come through your feet. Also, I’ve suffered with neuropathy for 28 Years. My condition is so bad the Bil labs contacted me to tell me the orthotics would not be a good match for me. They could have cared lesss and sent them to me. But, they were honest and called me personally and explained why they would be more damage then good and I needed to stick with my RX orthotics here in my city. Honesty is something that many people lack. I’m so impressed. They gave me a complete refund. They didn’t charge me for the mold kit. If you’re thinking about using them think no more!

I run a company and the woman in customer service was outstanding! She was knowledgeable, helpful and beyond what I had expected. The insoles are the best I’ve ever had. I played basketball overseas and I can tell you I tried dozens of high-quality orthotics. These by far help my feet pain more than any other brand that I have tried in the past. Are they expensive yes, are they worth it yes. My experience with this company is a perfect 10.
