Does the gift card expire?
No, the gift card does not have an expiration date.
How does the gift card work?
It's very easy. The buyers can choose an image that will be sent with the gift card, write a personal message, and schedule it to be sent at a later date or right away.
The buyer will receive both a receipt of purchase and a confirmation that the gift card was sent. Another email confirmation is sent to the buyer when the gift card is opened/clicked on by the recipient.
How does the recipient use the gift card?
A stylish and branded email will be sent to the recipient. When opening the email, they will be directed to their greeting card, where they will see the image and the message that their loved one wrote.
From here they can click 'See Your Gift' which will lead them to the Gift Card Claim page which shows the gift card code and balance.
To redeem, the recipient can copy the code and paste it into the checkout.
Can I buy multiple gift cards for different recipients?
Yes. You can purchase multiple gift cards and send the gift cards to different recipients in one order.
To do so, click on the 'Send as a Gift' button, insert the 1st recipient details, and click 'Add to Cart'. This process is repeated for additional recipients.
Once you reach the cart page, you will see all gift cards with the corresponding recipient details and personalized greeting messages.
Does the 6 month warranty start when I buy the gift card?
No, the 6-month warranty starts when the customer receives their custom orthotics.
We understand orthotics are an important decision. That's why we have a full 6-month Money Back Guarantee. Customers have a full 6 months to try out their new custom orthotics. If they are not fully happy with them by that time, they can return them for a full refund. We also offer free adjustments within those first 6 months.
