How long does it take to receive my custom orthotics or shoe inserts reorder?
After you order again, we will process, handle, and then ship out your custom orthotics or shoe inserts reorder within 12 business days. This timeframe is only for reorders, as we already have your foot mold impression, paperwork, and orthotic design on file.
Do I have to do the foot mold kit again to reorder custom insoles?
No, returning customers do not have to redo the foot mold kit. We keep your foot mold scan, design, paperwork, and any modifications on file to easily recreate your custom shoe inserts.
Are these reorders truly custom, medical-grade orthotics and inserts?
Yes! Your replacement orthotics are designed from the exact molds of your feet we have on file. Nothing is pre-made or off-the-shelf. You get the same medical-grade polymer shells, crafted under the oversight of independent, external professional podiatrists.
Do you take insurance or FSA/HSA for custom insole reorders?
We are approved and set up to accept FSA/HSA cards directly at checkout for your reorder. We can also send a detailed invoice for reimbursement. We do not bill insurance directly.
How long will my replacement custom orthotics last?
Bilt Labs custom orthotics and shoe inserts typically last a minimum of 2-3 years. The rigid shell itself often lasts much longer, but the top cover material is a consumable item that naturally wears out. We also offer a Recover/Refurbish Program to replace top covers.
Where are my custom shoe inserts and orthotics made?
Your new custom orthotics and shoe inserts are made right here in the United States. All fabrications and designs are completed by experts in our Houston, Texas lab, unlike competitors who outsource overseas.
What is your return/refund policy for reorders?
We offer a full 6-month Money Back Guarantee. Customers have a full 6 months to try out their new custom orthotics. If you are not fully happy with them by that time, you can return them for a full refund. We also offer free adjustments within those first 6 months.
What is your warranty/guarantee policy?
Along with our 6-month Money Back Guarantee, your custom orthotics include a Lifetime Warranty on the plastic orthotic shell against breaking or cracking. This does not include the top cover material since it is a consumable item that will naturally wear out.
