FSA & HSA Eligible Custom Insoles – Multi-Condition & Comfort

I’m a mailman with extremely flat feet. After going through 3 pairs of custom orthotics from doctor’s offices - to the tune of $500 EACH - none of which ever truly felt comfortable, I needed to find a better solution.

My wife had tried Bilt Labs and was over the dang moon about her orthotics. I tried their 2-pair deal and got the exact same custom food casting mold I’d used in the doctor’s office. That’s when I realized, the doctor’s, tho good at their jobs, were just middlemen when it came to the orthotics.

I cut out the middlemen and got a quicker turnaround time and orthotics that actually feel good on my feet! The attached photo is just a little longer than 6 months into wearing them and taken after 10 hours of trudging through snow & ice delivering mail and heavy packages. They still look in great shape (the front big toe area of the right insole is starting to peel just a tiny bit but I’m honestly surprised this hasn’t happened sooner, with how much abuse these things go through).

My wife gifted me the foot mold impression when my feet started hurting. I do have high arches, therefore I had to purchase work shoes/boots that accommodate my custom orthotics. It has been a great relief and pleasure to my high arches during my 10-14 hour work shifts!

I am SO impressed with Bilt labs. I have a rare decease called Charcot foot where, Bones break down in the feet and can come through your feet. Also, I’ve suffered with neuropathy for 28 Years. My condition is so bad the Bil labs contacted me to tell me the orthotics would not be a good match for me. They could have cared lesss and sent them to me. But, they were honest and called me personally and explained why they would be more damage then good and I needed to stick with my RX orthotics here in my city. Honesty is something that many people lack. I’m so impressed. They gave me a complete refund. They didn’t charge me for the mold kit. If you’re thinking about using them think no more!

I run a company and the woman in customer service was outstanding! She was knowledgeable, helpful and beyond what I had expected. The insoles are the best I’ve ever had. I played basketball overseas and I can tell you I tried dozens of high-quality orthotics. These by far help my feet pain more than any other brand that I have tried in the past. Are they expensive yes, are they worth it yes. My experience with this company is a perfect 10.

I’m a family doctor and was having daily pain when walking over 30 minutes. I tried lots of insoles and supports but bilt labs solved my problem completely. Now I wear them in my work shoes and my walking shoes. They are great!

Great help for my feet.

I previously wrote a review on how much I liked my insoles and how nice it was to deal with this company but because of this I decided to write an additional one. I recently had to see my physician who specializes in foot and ankle problems. I was wearing my orthotics and after looking at them he remarked that they were extremely well made. I thought I would pass that along.

Unbelievable how much these orthotics help my foot pain. Highly recommend spending the money!!

Due to the pain in my feet I had basically become inactive. For 5 years I went doctors, did rehab exercises, read everything I could find about foot pain. Started using shoe inserts, adding pads to different positions on the inserts. It did make a difference but far from completely fixing the pain. Found Biltlabs, researched them and gave it a shot. Very Happy! No pain! Walked over 18 miles while in Chicago over 3-days. I couldn’t walk over 3 blocks without one foot or the other giving out. If everyone gets the results I got… incredible! Life changing! Highly recommend!!!

Having paid $800 for custom orthotics (that were NOT comfortable) from a podiatrist and spending more than that on various over the counter inserts I stumbled across Biltlabs. I must admit, I was sceptical at first but decided to give them a try. I ordered the "high rebound" because I hike a lot and I could tell as soon as I put them in my boots that they were a good quality product. The "custom" part fit my foot like a glove and the cushioning on the remainder was impressive. I didn't need to break mine in. They just felt great. I ordered another pair of the same within 2 days and a third pair with the memory foam to see how they feel for every day walks. I can't speak for longevity as I haven't had them for long but the communication from Biltlabs thus far makes me believe that if I ever have an issue with them, they will stand by their product.

I have arthritis in my toes and pronate. The insoles allow me to walk 3 miles a day with little pain.

The instructions were supper easy, progress tracking emails kept me informed, and the product is just as good as any I ever got from a Doctor’s office. So I ordered another pair!!

I visited a Orthopedic Dr for a big toe problem, thought I'd have to have surgery. After discussing other foot/feet pains, ankle and knee changes, he explained the feet structure, purpose, etc and symptoms of changes in older adults, i was 65. The toe problem was directly related to my foot bones changes.
He suggested to try Orthopedic inserts and choose Bilt Lab. The process was simple. Once I received the impression boxes, the Dr. Guided me with making the impressions. I sent them back.
Bilt Lab kept me updated to the process to the point my insoles were received.
They fit into my favorite sneakers with little challenge. It didnt take long for my feet, body to adjust!
No more big toe problems and the rest of my body has adjusted well also!

The whole process from start to finish was top notch. The fitting kit came with clear instructions and the process worked just as advertised. The orthotics came in the promised timeframe and were of really good quality. I did use one of the free adjustments and customer service was very friendly and responsive (shout out to Laura). If you are looking for orthotics I would recommend giving Bilt a try.

I’ve ordered custom insoles before; but the time, care and effort in customer involvement here is by far the best I’ve seen. Already ordered another pair!
