I’m a mailman with extremely flat feet. After going through 3 pairs of custom orthotics from doctor’s offices - to the tune of $500 EACH - none of which ever truly felt comfortable, I needed to find a better solution.
My wife had tried Bilt Labs and was over the dang moon about her orthotics. I tried their 2-pair deal and got the exact same custom food casting mold I’d used in the doctor’s office. That’s when I realized, the doctor’s, tho good at their jobs, were just middlemen when it came to the orthotics.
I cut out the middlemen and got a quicker turnaround time and orthotics that actually feel good on my feet! The attached photo is just a little longer than 6 months into wearing them and taken after 10 hours of trudging through snow & ice delivering mail and heavy packages. They still look in great shape (the front big toe area of the right insole is starting to peel just a tiny bit but I’m honestly surprised this hasn’t happened sooner, with how much abuse these things go through).

For more than 10 years Bilt labs has been supplying my sons with their custom insoles. The quality is as good as or better than custom insoles we got at the podiatrist, and much more convenient without the office visits. they are worth every penny.
Had them for 6-7 months. Do the break in period it matters!!! My feet feel better. I am bone on bone in my knees with other problems and these sure have helped. Also was able to use my FSA. I just ordered more pairs so I don’t have to keep swapping out from different shoes.

These are the best inserts I have come across and I have tried many. Even $500 ones from my podiatrists. None of the have been as comfortable as these. I have become a huge fan of Bilt insoles. I must have bought and tossed out at least a dozen off-the-shelf products and some felt fine at first but then after a longer hike, pain would develop, usually along the outside edge of one foot. I then went to a podiatrist and spent tons of money on orthotics which helped but were expensive and made me feel like i was walking on a tennis ball. Then i found Bilt. I can walk forever now and have no pain. There are times after a long hike that I come home and leave my shoes on because they feel like my feet are getting a hug with each step, truly. Perfectly molded for each foot's needs rather than trying to use a standard. I doubt many people's feet are "standard." So I will be placing an order for my 3rd pair since my second pair arrived recently and the test proved to me that they are as good/same as my first pair. This from a 74-year-old who hikes 7+ mile hikes two or three times a week and recently completed my second Camino de Santiago in Spain, using these insoles. Huge fan.
I’ve got insoles from my podiatrist and they were great. Love my doctor but I didn’t have to go back and get new ones. Bilt Labs does the same procedure my doctor did for half the cost and it all comes to my house. This will be my second pair and love them.

The insoles were delivered as per schedule. They fit perfectly, are finished with an eye for comfort and have helpers me relief pain, within weeks of using them. You do need to allow for a few days of getting used to them in whichever show you decide to install them.
