The Integrated Solution for Multi-Condition Foot Relief

Tired of needing a different insert for every ache? These custom orthotic insoles are meticulously custom-made to address your specific needs and multiple conditions in one integrated, singular design. We eliminate the clutter and confusion of managing several different supports by engineering a comprehensive solution that adapts to the complexity of your foot health.

Designed to provide relief for a wide array of common and challenging foot and lower limb conditions, including:

  • Plantar Fasciitis

  • Flat Feet & High Arches

  • Overpronation & Supination (Improper Gait)

  • Morton's Neuroma & Metatarsalgia

  • Bunions

  • Tendonitis

  • ... and many more underlying foot issues that contribute to pain.

These orthotics don't just treat symptoms; they are designed to address multiple conditions as well as the root causes stemming from the underlying foot issues. Crafted precisely to your unique foot anatomy, they deliver personalized arch support exactly where you need it most.

By helping to precisely realign your feet and ankles, these custom insoles promote optimal comfort, function, and natural healing. Experience the difference of a single, powerful device engineered for total relief and structural harmony, giving you the support you need to keep moving pain-free.

Easy, At-Home Process

Insoles for Multi-Condition Pain: The Failure of Non-Personalized Support

Beware of generic insoles marketed for "all-purpose" or multiple conditions. Soft, prefabricated inserts may offer minimal cushion, but they lack the rigidity and personalized features required to treat complex, compound pain. Since multi-condition pain often involves opposite demands (e.g., forefoot offloading plus arch stabilization), flexible materials cannot structurally correct all issues simultaneously. To achieve clinical pain resolution and complete full-body alignment, a truly effective device must be custom-molded and rigid, with individualized correction features.

Podiatrist Doctor Naughton helps treat with Custom Orthotics and Insoles for Overpronation, Supination, Plantar Fasciitis, Flat Feet, High Arches, Bunions, Achilles Tendonitis, Metatarsalgia, Morton’s Neuroma, Heel Pain

Custom Orthotics: The Comprehensive Fix for All Biomechanical Issues

Instead of relying on unstable foam, choose orthotic treatment designed to correct the entire kinetic chain and address multiple concurrent conditions. We utilize the high-volume search term "insoles" but provide genuine medical-grade diagnostic devices. Our personalized solutions offer the complete, non-yielding stability necessary to halt the biomechanical faults—from overpronation to impact issues—that contribute to multi-site pain (foot, knee, hip). Choosing Bilt Labs means selecting custom orthotics that deliver targeted, lasting, comprehensive alignment unmatched by generalized, temporary off-the-shelf products.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to receive my custom orthotics?

Once a Premium Build order is placed, we ship out your foot mold impression kit within 1-2 business days

We will design and build your new custom orthotics and have them shipped out to you within 21 business days.

Are these truly custom, medical-grade orthotics?

Yes, we offer two ways to build your custom insoles. They are made for your specific foot health needs and specifications, making them truly custom only to you.

Nothing is pre-made or off-the-shelf. You get the same medical-grade materials process that we provide to professionals in the orthotic industry.

View the Our Process video to see the custom orthotic process.

Do you take insurance or FSA/HSA?

We are approved and set up to accept insurance FSA/HSA cards. We can also send a detailed invoice that may be used for reimbursement for those with HSA/FSA accounts.

However, most insurance companies do not cover custom-made orthotics. If they do, they must be prescribed by a physician in person. Due to this, we do not currently work with any insurance companies.

How long will my custom orthotics last?

Bilt Labs custom orthotics typically last a minimum of 2-3 years.  The orthotics themselves can and do last longer in most cases, however, most specialists recommend a remold after this timeframe as our feet continually change.

What is your return/refund policy?

We offer easy Refunds/Returns. Our goal is to help and provide foot pain relief, so we provide you with a full 6 months to try out your new custom orthotics. If you are not fully happy with them by that time, you can return them for a full refund.

Where are my orthotics made?

Unlike some of our competitors, your new custom orthotics are made in the United States. We are located in the Houston, Texas area. All fabrications and designs are made by experts here in our Houston lab.

What is your warranty/guarantee policy?

We understand that custom insoles are an important decision. That's why we have a full 6-month Money Back Guarantee. You have a full 6 months to try out your new custom orthotics insoles. If you are not fully happy with them by that time, you can return them for a full refund. We also offer 2 free adjustments within those first 6 months.
