By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions, as may be updated by us regularly.

Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis, and Biltlabs.com reserves the right to remove or amend the Services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Privacy Policy: Our privacy policy, which sets out how we will use your information, can be found at Privacy Policy. By using this website, you consent to the processing described therein and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
Cookies: Like many websites, we use "cookie" technology. A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your computer’s hard disk. We do not use cookies to collect personally identifiable information. We use cookies to better understand how you interact with the site and our service.
Your Obligations: You must provide us with true and accurate information (e.g., real name, phone number, e-mail). Falsifying or omitting contact information is not permitted. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
2. Mobile Terms of Service
The Bilt Labs mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Bilt Labs. Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions. We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice.
By consenting to Bilt Labs’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Bilt Labs through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Bilt Labs. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
Opt-Out: You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18444408252. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message.

3. Terms of Sale & Payment
By placing an order on the BILT LABS website you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Eligibility: In order to contract with BILT LABS you must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. BILT LABS retains the right to refuse any request made by you.
Pricing: While we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
Payment: Payment for all Orders must be by debit card or credit card. Your credit card will be charged when you place your Order.
Cancellations: You may request cancellation of any Order at any time until the applicable Product(s) has/have shipped. BILT LABS reserves the right to charge a processing and shipping fee for any kits that are mailed out but not used when an Order is requested to be canceled.
4. Shipping Policy
Products will generally be shipped to you within approximately 14-21 business days of the date we receive your completed impression box at our lab and confirm the impression was taken as instructed.
BILT LABS makes no guarantee that any such Products will be shipped at any particular time and the actual date of shipment may change for any reason. We will update you with our estimate of the shipping date from time to time.
5. Medical Disclaimer
You acknowledge and agree that BILT LABS does not provide any form of medical care, medical opinion, medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The contents of the BILT LABS Site, such as articles, graphics, images, and other material contained on the Site are for informational purposes only.
Warnings: By placing an Order with BILT LABS, you acknowledge that the Product is not intended for persons with: (i) severe foot, ankle, leg, hip or other biomechanical deformities; and/or (ii) circulatory disorders resulting in infections or foot ulcerations. If you have a serious condition, consult your podiatrist or health professional before using.
Stop using the Product and consult a health professional if you experience persistent pain, discomfort or swelling.
6. Returns & Refunds
6-Month Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund within 6 months (starting from the date the product is delivered to you). If 6 months have passed since you received your custom orthotics, we cannot offer you a refund.
To start your return, please call 888-506-7846 or email us. We will email you a prepaid return label to send your custom orthotics back to us. Once received, we will process your refund.
Impression Kits: If you received the foot impression kit and have changed your mind before sending it back, please contact us and we will process a refund.
Note: The Rush Program fee of $80 is non-refundable.
7. Adjustments & Warranty
Free Adjustments: BILT LABS offers free adjustments within the first 6 months of receiving your orthotics to ensure the perfect fit. This is limited to two (2) adjustment services. Free adjustments include trimming, shaving materials, lifts, metatarsal pad correction, and increased arch support. (Excludes top cover material changes).
Lifetime Shell Warranty: The plastic shell of your custom orthotic is covered by a lifetime warranty against breakage or cracking under normal use. The top cover material is considered a consumable item and is not covered under the lifetime warranty.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Bilt Labs, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content, (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of our products.
The total liability of Bilt Labs to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the products.
