1. 6-Month Money Back Guarantee
Our goal is to provide real foot pain relief. We understand custom orthotics are an investment, so we provide you with a full 6-month trial period to test them in your daily life. The guarantee starts from the day you receive your custom orthotics.
If you are not fully happy with them by that time, you can return them for a full refund.
Note: If 6 months have passed since you received your custom orthotics, we cannot offer a refund.
2. How To Start A Return
Contact Us: Call 888-506-7846 or email contact@biltlabs.com.
Get Your Label: We will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
Ship It Back: Package your orthotics and mail them back.
Refund Processed: We inspect and refund within 5 business days.
3. Free Adjustments
Sometimes the fit needs a little fine-tuning. If the fit is not just right the first time for any reason, have peace of mind knowing that we offer 2 free adjustments within the first 6 months.
This includes trimming, arch modifications, and comfort tweaks. Contact our support team to arrange an adjustment instead of a return if you feel a small change could solve the issue.
4. HSA & FSA Refunds
Due to federal tax regulations, all refunds for purchases made with HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) funds must be returned directly to the original card or account.
- Open Accounts: Funds will be returned to your HSA/FSA card.
- Closed/Expired Accounts: We are legally obliged to return funds to the original payment method. If the card on file is expired or the account is closed, we will attempt to reach you. If we cannot refund the card, we will issue store credit valid for six months.
5. Cancellations
Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel your order before your impression kit has shipped, we can process a full refund immediately.
After Kit Receipt: If you received the foot impression kit and have changed your mind, simply email us at contact@biltlabs.com. We will process your refund right away.
Important: The Rush Program fee of $80 is non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
6. Impression Kits
Your kit is the first step in the process. If you decide not to proceed after receiving the kit, please contact us for cancellation. You do not need to return the unused kit unless specifically instructed by our support team.
