I wanted to order two pair of orthotics with a discount. I called customer service to inquire about a discount for ordering three pairs. They changed their name which I was not aware of. They pulled up my account and found my last order. There was not a need for a foot kit to be sent out. They had my last order on file and gave me a break on three pairs. They arrived in good time.
I play 2-3 hours of pickleball nearly every day. The pounding on my feet gave me painful plantar fasciitis. A cortisone shot provided only temporary relief, and the $400 orthotics from a podiatrist were difficult to switch between shoes.
Enter Bilt Labs! I initially ordered 2 pairs of orthotics. I found they last far longer if they remain in the same pair of shoes. I ended up buying 2 more pairs.
The kit and instructions are simple to follow, and the company keeps your measurements on file so future orders are even less expensive. I had a horrible limp before finding Bilt Labs. Now, I've been completely pain free for almost 2 years.

I love Bilt Lanbs because:
1. They have a quality product at an extremely reasonable price. My foot doctor, about 7 years ago, charged me $600 for a pair of orthotic insoles. They wore out quickly but I was able to purchase a new set from Bilt Labs for about $125.
2. My friend went to the Good Shoe Store here in Illinois and he told me that he paid close to $800 for a pair of orthotic insoles!!!
3. About 3 years ago, I ordered a pair of insoles from Bilt Labs but didn't use them for about 9 months. Then when I did use them, I noticed that they didn't fit right. I called Bilt Labs and their agent immediately noticed that the company had sent me the wrong pair. She apologized and sent me a new pair within a week.

Bilt Labs orthotics are just what I needed for running and working in the yard. I run 20 miles a week and work in my yard every day. The orthotics keep my ankle, knees, and hips aligned. I can't beat the Bilt Labs prices.

I first had Bilt Labs build me a of custom soul insert about two years ago. After they arrived, they didn't fit just right, but Bilt Labs modified them based on my input and the mold they took of my feet. They turned out great! So much so, that when I needed some more for some new shoes, and after my Dog ate one of my souls. I order 3 more pair. They have really helped my feet for those walks I love to take.

This is now my 3rd order.
A semi hit me further misaligning my hips so I was limping badly and couldn’t place 1 foot in front of the other correctly even after physical therapy. So I asked to increase the height of the left insole (shorter leg) to 10 mm and wow, not too long after wearing the Insoles I stopped limping and it doesn’t hurt as much to walk anymore.
Plus, the extra height of the left insole took that ugly twisted crease at my crotch out of my pants . I even put the insoles in my house shoes at home and it gives me much stability on the carpet. The insoles didn’t cure anything specifically such as twisted hips or a short leg, but it takes some of the misalignment out of the picture while you’re wearing the insoles which helps alleviate pain due to constantly limping. Whatever it does, I am 100% sold. The other fantastic thing is that I couldn’t even lift one foot off the floor and not fall over. Wearing the insoles gives me incredible stability.
I would recommend these insoles to everyone, especially the elderly to help keep them from falling. Think of it this way, the insoles make your feet become more perfectly formed which helps the rest of your body. The price is well worth it.
I purchased Orthotics at my doctor’s office for years and then found built labs. The orthotics are as good or better at a third of the price without the hassle.
I have had plantar fasciitis for over a decade and also developed nerve damage in one heel. These orthotics have helped tremendously. I originally ordered two pair, and later ordered two more. The process is easy and seamless. The quality is high. The price is fair. I highly recommend BiltLabs.
I now have 9 sets of Bilt Labs orthotics. Bilt uses the same technology as a Podaritrst. Once the mold is made and mailed, you'll have a CAD image made for all new orders or refurbished. All at about the third of the cost. Will buy again.

My Podiatrist used to make a mold of my foot with plaster and that worked great. Then she switched to digital photos and the orthotics were no good! I found Bilt Labs when they were Urthotics and have been working with them ever since and they do great work making my new orthotics, re-building my old orthotics and just overall great customer service!
