I ordered two pairs of Bilt orthotics. One pair didn't fit right in my athletic shoes so they worked at getting a perfect fit for me. It took two tries, and I spoke directly with the technician. Laura was extremely patient. In the end, they were just right and they do make a difference. They mentioned a few times that I can always get a refund if they don't work out, but they persevered to accommodate my specific needs. Thank you to the Bilt Team.

These insoles are amazing!

I have flat feet and plantar fasciitis and have gone the route of buying expensive shoes and sneakers that are advertised for these issues. A few pair over the years seemed to help but , lately, my feet really not good. I've had to ice the one foot and elevate and especially cannot walk around the house without shoes of any kind. My ankles and one foot really swell and just tired of buying new footwear that promises "all that" for plantar fasciitis when (at this point) I couldn't really tell a difference.
I never had professional orthotics made. Not sure why I never thought of it before? In any event, I knew very expensive on top of all the shoes I've bought so I found BILT Labs on line and decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did.
I've had the BILT orthotics now for just about two months and can definitely tell a difference. I think I wore them too long too fast as I wanted relief but can now (last few weeks ) REALLY see a difference in the swelling! As long as I wear them in whatever shoe or sneaker I'm wearing I'm good.
