Flat Feet Custom Orthotic Insoles

these are fantastic. Immediately helped with ankle pronation issue that i have had fro years resulting in heals of my boots wearing unevenly and ultimately causing knee and back pain. Even helps on boots that are worn unevenly. Recommended to many co-workers already.

In 2022, I purchased a pair of custom insoles in active and everyday wear styles. However, I accidentally ordered the 3/4 size instead of full-length and never wore them. Lauren M. from Customer Service was exceptional, offering a one-time size exchange despite my mistake. Within a week, the new insoles arrived, and I’ve been using them ever since.

This was my first experience with custom insoles, and while it took some time to break them in, the difference became clear once I compared them to regular insoles. I've worked with two podiatrists and gotten orthotics for my foot pain without satisfactory results. I didnt believe that an online orthotic would help, but Bilt's return policy made it tempting. While it took about 2-3 weeks to get the ones I measured for and ordered, I can say that these are extremely comfortable and fit all the different pairs of shoes I have. Not disappointed at all. I can now do 1-2 miles on a treadmill with no pain or uncomfortableness. I'm ordering another pair today

I didn't take the break-in schedule seriously -- how much of a difference could a few hours make? The orthotics are fantastic, and my feet and whole body feel better. But overdoing it on the first day was a mistake! I spend all day on my feet and at the end of the day, I still feel great. These are excellent insoles, and I am getting ready to order another pair.

I bought a couple of pairs of Bilt Labs orthotics last yr which I rotate. They've been so helpful for my flat feet thus sparing my back that I've purchased another pair to permanenttly keep in my lounging shoes.
