Details

Custom orthotics offer significant benefits for runners seeking to enhance their performance and prevent injuries. These custom made insoles are designed from the molds of your feet to provide optimal support and cushioning, which can alleviate the strain on a runner's feet and legs.

Custom orthotics help maintain proper alignment, reducing overpronation or supination issues that often lead to injuries like shin splints and stress fractures. Runners experience improved shock absorption and reduced impact, resulting in less fatigue and discomfort during long runs.

The added stability and comfort contribute to more efficient biomechanics, allowing runners to maintain a steady pace and reduce the risk of injury, making custom orthotics an essential tool for serious runners.

These custom orthotics cater to the unique needs and foot structure of each runner. Designed to address specific issues such as arch support, pronation control, and pressure distribution, which can greatly benefit a runner's gait.

By enhancing the natural alignment of the feet, Bilt Labs custom orthotics reduce the risk of common running injuries, improve running efficiency, and maximize performance potential. Made with a polypropylene shell mapped to the patients feet and specific needs, they are then covered with a high rebound, impact absorbing top cover designed to fit in all shoes for maximum comfort.

Are these truly custom, medical-grade orthotics?

Yes! Your orthotics are designed from the exact molds of your feet, for your specific foot health needs and specifications, making them truly custom only to you.

Nothing is pre-made or off-the-shelf. You get the same medical-grade materials process that we provide to professionals in the orthotic industry.

View the Our Process video to see the custom orthotic process.

Do you take insurance or FSA/HSA?

We are approved and set up to accept insurance FSA/HSA cards. We can also send a detailed invoice that may be used for reimbursement for those with HSA/FSA accounts.

However, most insurance companies do not cover custom-made orthotics. If they do, they must be prescribed by a physician seen in person. Due to this, we do not currently work with any insurance companies.

How long will my custom orthotics last?

Bilt Labs custom orthotics typically last a minimum of 2-3 years.  The orthotics themselves can and do last longer in most cases, however, most specialists recommend a remold after this timeframe as our feet continually change.
