Had to adjust my orthodontics two times. No problem. They made it very easy.

I wanted to order two pair of orthotics with a discount. I called customer service to inquire about a discount for ordering three pairs. They changed their name which I was not aware of. They pulled up my account and found my last order. There was not a need for a foot kit to be sent out. They had my last order on file and gave me a break on three pairs. They arrived in good time.

I love Bilt Lanbs because:
1. They have a quality product at an extremely reasonable price. My foot doctor, about 7 years ago, charged me $600 for a pair of orthotic insoles. They wore out quickly but I was able to purchase a new set from Bilt Labs for about $125.
2. My friend went to the Good Shoe Store here in Illinois and he told me that he paid close to $800 for a pair of orthotic insoles!!!
3. About 3 years ago, I ordered a pair of insoles from Bilt Labs but didn't use them for about 9 months. Then when I did use them, I noticed that they didn't fit right. I called Bilt Labs and their agent immediately noticed that the company had sent me the wrong pair. She apologized and sent me a new pair within a week.

Bilt Labs orthotics are just what I needed for running and working in the yard. I run 20 miles a week and work in my yard every day. The orthotics keep my ankle, knees, and hips aligned. I can't beat the Bilt Labs prices.

After they arrived, they didn't fit just right, but Bilt Labs modified them based on my input and the mold they took of my feet. They turned out great!
