Refurbishment FAQ
How long does it take? +
Once we receive your old orthotics, the refurbishment process typically takes 5-7 business days before we ship them back to you.
Can I change the top cover type? +
Yes! If you originally bought "Everyday" but now want "Active" materials, simply select the Active Refurbish product. We strip the old cover off your shell and apply the new one you choose.
What if my shell is cracked? +
If the plastic shell is cracked or broken, do not order a refurbishment. Contact support instead—the shell is covered by our Lifetime Warranty and we may replace it for free.
